Elaine Aeschliman serves as Senior Association Manager for Envolve. Elaine’s responsibilities include managing personnel as well as the overall performance and operations of all condo communities and homeowners associations in Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.

Elaine has over 26 years of experience in managing all aspects of both homeowner and condominium association management.  She has developed successful working relationships with the association boards, vendors, developers and homeowners which ensures the effective operation of each property. Prior to joining our company in 1992, she worked in both property management and commercial real estate management.

 

Elaine is an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Angie Sheddan serves as an Association Manager for Envolve. Angie’s responsibilities include the day-to-day operations associated with Condo and Homeowners Association Management. 

Angie has 24 years of experience in property management. Prior to joining our company in 2005, she served as a leasing consultant for various companies in the Memphis area.  She continued her career in Property Management becoming a Property Manager and then an Association Manager.

 

Angie holds a Condo & Townhouse Management certification and is an agent for numerous Condo and HOA Board of Directors.  Angie is also involved with the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis.

Kathy Scritchfield serves as the Bookkeeper in the Association Management Division for Envolve.  Kathy’s responsibilities include accounts receivable, cash flow management, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, record keeping, and providing assistance to the association managers. Kathy has over 14 years experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining our company, she worked at Eurest Dining and Caring Corner Daycare. Her duties included accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, cash flow management, purchasing, inventory and performing cash audits. Kathy received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Systems Management from Kirkwood College in Cedar Rapids, IA.
